their families for their service, valor and sacrifice.
During the Wreath Ceremony on December 17, 2022 at Miramar National Cemetery, the men and women who served and their familes will be honored.

Welcome New Cemetery Director
In April 2016, the Department of Veteran's Affairs appointed U.S. Navy veteran, Rex Kern, as cemetery director for Ft. Rosecrans and Miramar. We look forward to working closely with Rex as we plan this year's ceremonies.
